I ran a detail business for 12 years and have experience in cleaning! I got all of there products and at first thought they were ok. After all I got them for free! I gave my neighbor the dishwasher bottle and she did not like it! I do not like these products and have used them all! The window cleaner leaves marks. And the rest were barly working! The MSDS does not even describe what animal the urine comes from. I've heard that it is human, but I think that's pretty much impossible; more likely bovine.
